Common questions
When does my order go out?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday leave the same day, express, at no charge. Anything after that goes out the next working day, and you get a tracking link the moment it is scanned. If tracking has not moved in a couple of days, email us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
The size is wrong, what now?
Email your order number and the size you want instead. Swaps inside 30 days are free, and we send the new one as soon as the first is on its way back. Full chart sits on the product page.
Can I return it after wearing it on a job?
That is the point of the 30 days. Wear it on a hot day and see if it earns its spot. Dust and sweat are expected. Come back inside the window and you get a full refund, processed the day the parcel lands with us.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the fans and battery, twelve months on the shell and zips. Normal wear on site is covered, including a fan that gives out early. Reversing the ute over it is not, and neither is a fan full of render that was never rinsed.
Do I have to send the whole thing back?
Usually not. Fans, batteries and filters all swap out by hand, so in most cases we post the part and you are back in it the same week. Spares are sold separately too, and the battery fits every style we make.
Which style should I get?
Vest if you want airflow over your own shirt and the most cooling. Long sleeve if your arms are in the sun all day. Tee if you need something light to wear under a hi-vis. The comparison on the product page lays it out side by side.
How do I wash it?
Pop the fans out, unplug the battery, then cold machine wash the garment and hang it in the shade. Fans get a wipe and a rinse of the filter. Never put the fans or battery through the machine.
Will it pass a site induction, and work with a harness?
The hi-vis yellow and orange carry full day and night tape. Charcoal, navy and khaki have reflective piping only, so they suit workshop, maintenance and private work rather than a strict induction. The fans sit in the lower side panels, so a standard harness passes over the top of them, but check your own setup before height work and follow your site rules over anything we tell you.
